Premier Flooring is a locally owned flooring company that serves the greater Louisville area. Since 2010, we have grown our business one client at a time to become one of the largest flooring contractors in Louisville. Because of our commitment to using only the best practices to keep flooring costs down for our customers, we’re able to provide superior results through refined processes. Our success comes from giving our customers the right product at a competitive price and with professional installation. We’re all about a better way of doing business.
As we have grown into an industry leader, our personal touch has not changed. Since our next customer may be a previous one, client follow up after the sale is important to us. Each customer is always treated like family. Every installation is specific to the needs of each client.

Richie
Owner/Builder SpecialistYou could practically say that Richie grew up in the flooring business. Richie is the third member of his family to be an expert in the industry. As a child, he often wore a shirt that said “my daddy sells carpet.” Before and after college, Richie worked around the tri-state area in the sales department of the largest flooring distributor. As he returned home to Louisville to cover bigger and better territories, Richie saw a unique, post-recession opportunity to look at how business is done and do it better. He realized Louisville’s void for a specialized, high-end flooring business that could add value products to high-end homes. He appreciated that brands are held to a certain standard, and he knew it was time to stand behind those same brands. Richie left his role as the Vice President of Business Development for Ohio Valley, and Premier Flooring was born.
Richie likes to spend time with his family and friends. Because his friends are also business partners, Richie loves to network with like-minded business professionals and bring cool ideas to fruition.
